RIGHT TO REJECT ANY AND ALL BIDS: This Advertisement for Bids does not commit the Housing Authority to award a contract nor to pay any costs incurred in the preparation of bid(s) or to procure supplies. The Housing Authority reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any formalities and irregularities and to re-advertise when it is in the best interest of the Housing Authority.
PREPARATION OF BIDS: Each bid must be submitted on the “Lump Sum Bid” form as provided. Each bid must be sealed in a plain white envelope labeled “Bid Documents” and bearing the following information on the outside:

Item of work being proposed
T.E.R.O.: Full compliance with the tribal employment right ordinance and the business is mandatory. T.E.R.O. has established a 3% business tax. The Chippewa Cree Tribe also has an Admin fee of 2% for all work done within the exterior boundaries of the Rocky Boy Indian Reservation. Both must be included in bid preparation.
